Intro Questionnaire - Welcome to Math 1334

Welcome!

My goal is to create a learning environment in which you can be incredibly successful. I will work hard to create and improve the learning environment throughout the summer based on my own observations of the course and your feedback on what would help you learn more effectively.

This short questionairre is meant to help me better understand who you are, where you are located, and what has worked for you in past mathematics courses.  It should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

What to turn in

When you are ready to fill out the course information, please do so and click "submit" once completed.  You will be able to proceed through the course materials once this is completed.  

While this is listed as a "Graded Quiz", it will be counted towards your course participation.
