Reading Questions

1. Based on the Three Paradoxes of Big Data article and text book chapter 4 materials, what do you think is meant by "technological due process" and how would having such due process respond to the challenges presented by big data? 
2. How does big data threaten identity? How is the right to identity different than the right to privacy?
3. Based on the FTC Report (pages 1-11), how does big data benefit society? What risks does it pose?  Please provide 3 examples of each.
