- How am I and how have I been participating in the group? How do I feel when I participate? How do I feel after? How would I like to feel when I participate?
- Have I taken on certain roles like "boss," "silent one," "push over," "care taker," "consensus builder," "conflict facilitator," or other roles? Am I in any familiar roles, that I have perhaps played in other groups I am in?
- What lessons am I learning about what participating in groups is like for me? Are there skills for group participating that I'd like to sharpen or develop further?
