Oral: Constructive Criticism

In this class exercise you will prepare and execute a scenario, preferably work-related, preferably as close to real as possible. You will be offering feedback/constructive criticism to someone with a goal of changing their behavior. Joe Barnes will be play the role of the receiver.
This is an oral exercise in class. You must be present in class on the assignment date(s) in which your name is called, and execute the assignment to receive points.
The exercise will go approximately 2-minutes. Do not use a "script." You may bring up a one-sided 3x5 card with notes.
Criteria:
1. Is the scenario well thought out?
2. Does the scenario demonstrate an example of "constructive criticism/constructive feedback?"
3. An evaluation of your ability to deliver the constructive criticism/constructive feedback demonstrating a tone that is supportive, yet clearly identifies behavior to change and explains why.
