Homework #1

Please read sections 5.1 - 5.3 of the book.  Then complete the following problems from pages 164 - 167: #2, 4, 5, 6, 9, 12, 24, 27

While the homework assignment is due on Wednesday at 5pm, please try to attempt many of the problems before class on Monday so we can discuss problems together.
