Individual memo (be sure to compose a memo, similar to previous assignments) -- please upload your work by the due date on the syllabus.
Research Marissa Mayer’s February 2013 decision related to Yahoo and telecommuting (working at home).
Assume that you work for another tech company (e.g., Google, or Apple, etc.) that has telecommuters, and your manager (let's call him Mr Blazos) is considering whether to follow Marissa's lead or not, i.e., take similar action. Assume your manager has asked you to write a memo about the change and express your opinion of the decision and why it is a good one or bad one.
Weigh the pros and cons of her decision, and make a recommendation based on whether you think the pros outweigh the cons or vice versa.
