In Chapter 9 of The Ethics of Cybersecurity, "Ethical and Unethical Hacking," (The Ethics of Cybersecurity.pdf) the authors consider different taxonomies and frameworks to understand the ethics of hacking. Considering these, imagine yourself as a cybersecurity consultant, advising the C-suite of a company about how to understand the risks of unethical hackers. What conceptual framework would you present to them? This framework might be very similar to one considered by the authors, or slightly different, or completely different. But it should be meaningful to you, and something that you actually believe and could convince a client of.
