About your instructor
Dr. Geneva (“Eva”) Sedgwick has designed online courses in law and ethics in business analytics for both Seattle University and for Microsoft on its EDx platform. Her research interests rest at the intersection of human rights and innovative, entrepreneurial business and education models. Dr. Sedgwick has been recognized for her scholarly work in the areas of employee privacy law and social entrepreneurship, and is published in such journals as the Stanford Technology Law Review and the American Business Law Journal. She has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Boston College; a JD from Villanova University School of Law; and an LL.M in International Law from New York University School of Law. |
