This section focuses on the impact climate change is having on various aspects of Earth's ecosystem. As you go through this section -- and the resource as a whole -- think about ways climate change is impacting your own community and context, as well as how the choices you - and your community - make, influence climate change on a global scale.

  • Do you see the Earth Charter's principles in play within your community? If not, what are some examples of how they could be applied?

  • What could be done differently in your context to mitigate and perhaps even reverse the effects and consequences of climate change, both locally and globally? What role can you yourself play?
