SPED 5410 01 21WQ Multicultural/lingual Learning

This course is designed to give educators (special education teachers, general education teachers, school psychologists, literacy specialists, and school counselors) an overview of the issues involved regarding the evaluation and intervention with students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds who also either have an identified disability or are suspected of having a disability. A heavy emphasis will be placed on learning about children who are English Language Learners (ELL).
