Video Production and Sharing
In this module we cover working with Studio, which is Canvas' built-in video recorder. Once you understand how to record your talking head, record your screen (possibly with your talking head), and upload videos into your Studio library, you can share your content by embedding your videos into Canvas pages, assignments, discussions, announcements — in short, wherever the Canvas Rich Text Editor appears.
The great thing is that your students can do this as well, which makes it possible for students to create and share presentations with the class or to have video discussions.
In addition to creating and sharing videos, we'll be demonstrating how create time-stamped discussions in videos as well as video quizzes—and even quizzes that can be automatically graded with the results showing up in your grade book.
