CENTERING WISDOM

  1. Reflection: When was the last time you took a long walk? What do you remember  about the experience?

  2. ReflectionConsider the place you live right now. What would it feel like to be visiting this place? What would it be like to be bored of this place?

  3. Activity: Take a five minute walk. When you are finished, write down what you observed around you, your thoughts about the people you interacted with, and what was on your mind throughout the activity?
