CENTERING WISDOM

  1. ReflectionWhat have you learned from the loss of a sense of time? Why does uncertainty often develop into fear, stress or a time consumer?

  2. Reflection: What actions have you taken in your life that will carry forward for sustained change?

  3. ActivityConsider the ways Ms. Tufte discussed the loss of time and community during the COVID-19 pandemic? How does an online community serve to mitigate that loss and how can one cope with the unfulfilled loss until it is safe to see your community again? Discuss with a close friendship on these matters.
