CENTERING WISDOM

  1. ReflectionWhat are essential virtues for leadership for you? How do they align with your environments around you?

  2. Reflection: What happens to disconnect us from our bodies? How do our bodies hold violence and life and what does it look like to heal?

  3. Activity: What would our communities look like tomorrow if we engaged in a collective conscious shift towards listening, engaging and loving our own bodies? Write down your thoughts on this question for 15 minutes.
