CENTERING WISDOM

  1. Reflection:  Think about your use of technology recently. How did it affect others? How did it affect you? Were you practicing mindfulness?

  2. Reflection: Are there any technologies today that you use without being mindful? How can you change that? Is it possible in the modern world to be mindful with technology?

  3. ActivityWrite down five ways you weren't mindful with technology today, thinking about the impacts it has on both you and others. The next day try and be mindful in those five ways.
