CENTERING WISDOM

  1. Reflection: Think about your experiences with your smartphone or smart device. How often have you felt genuinely happy using it? How about the opposite? Is there a clear winner?

  2. Reflection:  How do you choose new technology? Is it informed by what it will do for you or is it informed by what you can do with it? How does that shape your acceptance and use of that technology?

  3. ActivityTry and limit the amount of technology in your life you use in one given day. Make it a challenge to yourself to see how little you can use technology. The technology that you do use, think about what it does for you and how it benefits yourself and others.
