REV. DR. MICHAEL REID TRICE |
Dr. Michael Reid Trice, PhD, serves as the Director of the Center for Religious Wisdom & World Affairs, and is an Associate Professor of Constructive Theology at Seattle University. In this capacity, Dr. Trice is the P.I. for numerous grants associated with the Center and is responsible for leading a team forward in administrating the mandates of the Center at the axis of scholarship and curriculum advancement. As a public theologian, Dr. Trice is a scholar, speaker, and writer in his fields. Dr. Trice is also the co-founder of Religica, a theological laboratory constructed with the intent of students endeavoring alongside faculty in order to test hypotheses regarding the role of religion in public life. Utilizing a constructively theological methodology across a larger public, Dr. Trice uses the lab in order to test new content with public assessment, which is then refined into methods that inform curricular generation through the auspices of the Center and for student formation in the classroom. |
