Week 9: Overview

You've worked hard on your project and now is the time for a test flight. In our session this week, you will be paired with one of your Course Design colleagues who will provide feedback about your project, with special attention given to the needs of your persona student that you created in Week 3.

Things to Consider This Week

• We do this test flight for several reasons. First, course design is generally done in isolation. However, this is contrary to the process of design. Feedback loops are an integral part of a design and we want that to be true of course design too. Also, peer review is an easy way to do quality control. After you have spent hours thinking about and working on your project, you may become blind to obvious mistakes.
  
  
• The more complete your project, the better feedback you will receive. Please have your projects at a point where they are working pretty much as intended.
