Code Cheats

At CDLI, we don't have any expectation that faculty using Canvas should have to know an kind of coding. And frankly, Canvas strips out all kinds of code. However, there are some situations where it comes in handy to know just a few code tricks to make things look marginally better. One is the ability to add rules (horizontal lines) between sections. Another is to wrap text around an image. And the third is to be able to go in and change the width of your videos so they all line up nicely on the page. We'll cover these in the next three pages.
