Information Packet

Your information packet contains a schedule, roster, contact information for the CDLI team, a Course Design booklet and the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). 

If you are developing a fully online course, a course where there are no face-to-face sessions, the course must be approved by CDLI at least 30 days before it begins. Some colleges/departments also require that hybrid courses be reviewed. Please notify any of the instructional designers or Luke if you have any questions about the online course standards Links to an external site., the course review questionnaire Links to an external site., or the course review process Links to an external site. that are outlined in the MOU. The MOU requires your signature, as well as the signature of your department chair, associate dean or dean. Please complete the form and return it within two weeks to Mafil Fabroque.
