Practice Questions - Contracts

Below you will find a number of Contracts hypos that we have pulled from publicly available final exams, bar exams, and other sources. Contracts hypos often use a "Contracts in one semester" approach, so there are usually contract formation issues intertwined with defenses and other second semester issues. We have tried to provide practice questions that focus more on first or second semester issues, but you may need to ignore some issues in a given hypo that are not relevant to what you've covered that semester.

We cannot guarantee the quality of these questions or ensure that the model answers will take the same approach that your professor takes. These are backup resources in the event that you don't have professor-specific hypos available. Where sample answers are provided, remember that these are usually student answers and should not be treated as perfect answers.
