Getting Off to a Good Start

The start of a new semester is a great "reset point." It can be a great time to evaluate your practices from prior semesters and figure out what went well and what you can improve upon. If you had a semester that did not go as well as you had hoped, remember that your grades do not define you as a law student, and you should not feel discouraged by your performance. Rather, we encourage you to use this as motivation to explore new study habits, revamp your schedule, and get focused. You have the knowledge and skills to get things on track and have a great semester.

Below you will find a video and PowerPoint from an ARC workshop given in spring 2016. The workshop video is called "Achieving Academic Success in Law School."
