More Online Tools

ADDED INTERACTIVITY

Professors may ask to use web-based tools in addition to Canvas and Zoom. These tools provide additional interactivity and enhanced distance learning experiences.

For instance, an online Padlet board is a free-form place to post text, video, and other media – much like an online class bulletin board. Padlet and other free tools available on the web may be included in your courses. Your professor will include help information for any additional tool they ask you to use. Here is a list of free tools, for your reference, if you'd like additional ideas for ways to complete your class assignments.

Did you Know?

You can log directly into Office 365 using your SU credentials and collaboratively edit online Word Docs, Excel Spreadsheets, and PowerPoint Presentations in real time all from your web browser.

If you don't have a copy of Microsoft Office, Information Technology Services (ITS) provides students free access to Microsoft 365 Links to an external site.. ITS also provides a virtual desktop Links to an external site., which you can use off-campus to access the same software that is loaded onto computers in the labs around campus.
