IS YOUR AUDIO/VIDEO WORKING?

As mentioned earlier, you'll need to make sure you have a working microphone and webcam in order to participate in both Zoom videoconferences and Canvas discussions. Luckily you probably already own a smartphone that has a webcam and microphone for recording videos in online discussions using the free Canvas Student app (iOS | Android).

If you need to buy a standalone webcam and microphone headset if you have desktop computer, or older laptop, without this hardware. You can find many inexpensive headsets and webcams online - many of which are completely acceptable and under $20.
