Please prepare a real life scenario in which you will offer feedback/constructive criticism to someone with a goal of changing their behavior. It should be work related, to someone you supervise, a boss, or a co-worker. Make it as realistic as possible. You will have approximately 3 minutes.

This is an oral exercise in class. It cannot be made up outside of class. Be ready to present in the next class.

Be prepared to share the scenario and then role play. It should be as realistic as possible.

If we finish in two classes, we will add a new topic to the BCOM 2800 course.
