Individual memo -- please upload your work by the due date on the syllabus.

As stated on syllabus:

Observe a process (when you order coffee, buy a product in person, go through airport security etc.) and explain a way that the process could be improved or be more efficient.  Write a one page memo describing the process flaw and how to improve it. Think of this as if you were a process improvement consultant looking at this from an efficiency point of view and a customer's point if view. Offer specific ideas for improvement that demonstrate significant thought about this issue.
