Your brief memo, addressed to me, should contain a couple paragraphs (or more at your option) concerning your company's corporate governance and commitment to sustainability.  For instance, who makes up the board, what are their interests? What do they focus on related to sustainability, good/not good for women’s rights or other aspects diversity, no new annual use 2013 not quarterly from 2014. You may include discussions concerning the composition of the board, commitment to diversity, corporate sustainability and environmental practices, etc.  Focus on the areas you find most interesting.
