Once we identify who our customers are and how they behave, it is very important to know the difference between Benefits, which customers want, and Features, which the company provides.
This section requires that you interview prospective customers until you know them and their needs well enough to influence and predict their behavior. These interviews may take several weeks and overlap with later stages of this course. The more you know about customers the more useful and convincing your plan will be, and the more likely it is that the business will succeed.
